Who we are

What we collect
When you use the quote form or contact us, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Your pickup and drop-off addresses.
- Your intended moving date, if you give one.
- Any notes you add about the move or storage.
We also collect anonymous, aggregated visit statistics through Google Analytics, which only loads after you accept the cookie notice. It does not identify you personally.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quote, and carry out a move or storage you book with us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Only where it is needed to deliver your move — for example a partner crew or a customs agent on an international move — and only the details required for that task. Everyone we work with is bound to keep your data confidential.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email hello@croydon-removals.co.uk and we will action it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
We use a single first-party cookie to remember your cookie choice, and — once you accept — Google Analytics cookies for anonymous visit counts. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
